1. INTRODUCTION

• Welcome to the Khalas Mobile Application (the "App") operated by Aleria Technology ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for using the App.
• By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. DEFINITIONS

• 2.1 User: shall be but not limited to all employees of the Company or its authorized customers and all users who download, install, or use the App.
• 2.2 Content: All text, images, video, audio, software, and any and all other materials accessible through the App.
• 2.3 Service: The functionality and features provided through the App.

3. USAGE RIGHTS We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• A. Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• B. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of third parties.
• C. Harasses, abuses, threatens, or defames any person or entity.
• D. Interferes with or disrupts the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• E. Uses the App to send spam or any other form of unsolicited communication.
• F. Shares access credentials with unauthorized individuals.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• 5.1 No Warranty: The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied regarding the App's functionality or the accuracy of the information provided.
• 5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aleria Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the sole property of the Khalas App or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

7. PRIVACY We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we use and protect your information.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. MISCELLANEOUS These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

• Compliance: Use of the App must comply with the Company's internal policies, including but not limited to IT security, data protection, and code of conduct policies.
• Confidential Information: All information accessed through the App is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Company.
